The project focused on essential asphalt improvements, ADA upgrades, and parking enhancements, ensuring the lodge remains functional and accessible for members and guests.

A significant component of the work involved milling 62,000 square feet of asphalt to prepare the site for new paving. Brixco.co placed 1,200 tons of fresh asphalt, restoring the lodge’s surfaces to peak condition. To provide structural support, 200 linear feet of header board were installed, ensuring long-lasting durability in high-traffic areas.

The project also addressed ADA compliance, implementing improvements that make the lodge accessible and safe for everyone. As part of the finishing touches, Brixco.co striped 100 parking stalls, providing clear, well-organized spaces for visitors.
