BRIXCO proudly completed a full-scope civil infrastructure project in San Jose, California—reinforcing our reputation as a trusted partner in precision-driven site development. This complex, high-volume project demanded coordination, technical accuracy, and an unwavering commitment to quality from start to finish.
The work began with fine grading of over 185,000 square feet, creating a clean, compacted surface that set the stage for all downstream construction. From there, our team poured 2,700 linear feet of vertical curb, executed with tight tolerances to ensure proper drainage, clear delineation, and long-term durability.
To address site-specific stormwater needs, we installed 500 linear feet of storm drain and constructed a 6,000 square foot bio-retention basin—engineered for maximum hydraulic efficiency and built to exceed local environmental compliance standards. These features are key to reducing runoff and supporting sustainable water management across the property.
With the groundwork in place, we mobilized to place 20,000 tons of aggregate base, providing structural integrity for the site’s final surfaces. This was followed by 5,000 tons of precisely placed asphalt, delivering a high-performance, load-bearing surface suitable for both vehicular traffic and long-term wear in a climate-prone region.
This project was delivered on schedule, within budget, and without safety incidents—the result of BRIXCO’s field-tested processes, expert project management, and dedication to excellence at every layer. Whether it’s grading, drainage, or paving, we bring the same level of care and precision to every project we touch.
